I’ve enjoyed writing since I was a child and still have a box of my past works of art hiding on a shelf in the closet - including a three-page masterpiece of why pizza is my favorite food. Over the years, I’ve substantially brushed up on my storytelling skills and now I create content for websites, social media, blogs, press releases, branding, speeches, presentations - you name it and I'll write it. In my 15+ years of marketing and communications experience, I’ve worked for large corporations and small businesses. During this time, I also earned my MBA from Georgian Court University. I have developed and executed marketing strategies for both for-profit and nonprofit organizations. I’ve led corporate communications for internal and external audiences. One of my biggest accomplishments was managing an organizational rebrand, playing a lead role in rewriting the mission, vision, and values, helping produce a corporate video and redesigning the website.I'm very tech savvy and have dabbled with computer programming and web design in the past. I have extensive experience with WordPress, Microsoft 365, all things Google and various social media and email marketing platforms. I have served on several nonprofit boards, and am currently the board secretary of Caregiver Volunteers of Central NJ. I am a member of the New Jersey Arts & Culture Renewal Fund communications committee, as well as many other nonprofit marketing, communications and planning committees. When I’m not on the clock, you can find me on the treadmill or the weight bench, which is where I do some of my best brainstorming for creating content.
