You will get my undivided attention as I….☛ Manage all aspects of design for renovation and new construction projects, from initial concepts to materials specification through installation and post occupancy surveys.☛ Interface with architects and contractors to determine requirements, functionally and aesthetically.☛ Research new products to aid in specifying the appropriate finish materials including carpet/flooring, ceiling treatments, millwork, lighting and plumbing to fabric, furniture, and accessories. ☛ Organize research to effectively communicate design ideas to all involved including samples and storyboards.☛ Work with vendors, suppliers and contractors on project scheduling and budgeting to ensure timely specification of materials per finish-out schedules.☛ Track and follow up with vendors, suppliers, and sub-contractors to ensure timely delivery and installation per finish-out schedules and inspection dates.☛ Negotiate project fees and prepare quotes within budget.☛ Design millwork and provide drawings as necessary. ☛ Perform redlining tasks on millwork, plumbing and electrical submittals.☛ Consult with logo and signage suppliers on design concepts.☛ Maintain status reports for contractors and provide follow up so projects are completed timely resulting in a superior finished product.☛ Generate monthly reports on income, commissions, and sales tax.
