I am a visionary entrepreneur and Doctor of Audiology with a passion for helping people hear better whether that's in my practice in Lancaster County or on a humanitarian mission trip in Guatemala or Africa or some other developing country. I have a proven record of growth and success in private practice. I started a small audiology clinic in 2000 and grew it from scratch to a multi-location business with 20 employees. My business has won several awards including the national US Chamber of Commerce Blue Ribbon Award in 2015 and 2016, the Score Award for Outstanding Woman Owned Business in 2014 and for the past 15 years in a row, we were voted Lancaster's No. 1 hearing specialist. One of my core values is "contribution". Each year I go on mission trips to developing countries to bring the gift of hearing to people who have little to no access to such services. I have been to India, Brazil, Mexico, Haiti, Jordan, Guatemala, and Africa. This work energizes me and reminds me of how grateful I am for the successes I have achieved. I consult with hearing healthcare practice owners, helping them learn how to thrive in a competitive landscape in a constantly changing and challenging environment. I have organized workshops/training for hearing healthcare practice owners on building incredible culture, sales training for clinical providers, marketing and business development.
