CurrentFounded in 2001 in Lancaster, PA, A&E Audiology, Inc. is an independent hearing healthcare private practice. As a full-service clinic, A&E's five Doctors of Audiology see patients of all ages for their hearing healthcare needs. Services offered include newborn hearing screenings, tinnitus management and counseling, adult hearing evaluations, hearing instrument dispensing and service, and speech-language pathology counseling, among other services. As the Managing Director, I maintain an entrepreneurial and multi-faceted leadership approach toward elevating the standard of excellence across every level of the organization. I have led the following activities:1. Developing the company's strategic goals/plans, and communicating a vision for success to employees and stakeholders.2. Since joining the company, I have delivered over 100% increase in profitability and 10% growth in sales revenue.3. Monitoring, analyzing, and managing the organization's financial performance. 4. Development of performance and profitability dashboarding tools, providing at-a-glance key performance indicator information for management and stakeholders.4. Upgrading and implementing a powerful and efficient system of policies, internal controls, and procedures leading to 10% increase in enterprise efficiency.5. Leading the design and execution of a strategic marketing plan with a focus on results and brand alignment. I have overseen a 95% increase in return on marketing investment across the organization.7. Exercising judgment and creative problem-solving skills including negotiation and conflict resolution.8. Establishing and monitoring staff performance and development goals, communicating priorities, conducting annual performance evaluations, and administering salary adjustments.9. Recruiting key professional staff including Doctors of Audiology.
