Engineer Systems Test: Working as a Liaison Engineer

Managed overall progress for the vehicle's construction and assigned tasks to be completed by other members of the group. These tasks included in-house fabrication, research for purchased components and hardware, and 3D modeling. Lead and organized a weekly update meeting for BAJA leadership where tasks were tracked and assigned. Managed the team and took lead at the BAJA Race in Williamsport, PA.3D Scanning Lead: Used the FARO Arm 3D scanner to reverse engineer suspension (front knuckles, rear trailing arms) and drivetrain (transmission) components from generated point clouds to working solid models for any CAD software.Supported suspension subsystem: helped design front suspension a-arms on SolidWorks, tig welded Chromoly steel a-arms and tig welded aluminum trailing arms. Determined front shock location and mounting configuration, then fabricated mounts connecting shock from frame to a-arms.Supported drivetrain and steering/brake subsystem: fabricated and welded driveshaft shield & hoops. Assisted with CVT belt design and installation. Assisted with the design of the brake line system.Supported bodywork and misc: designed, fabricated, and installed engine splash shield, firewall, skid plate, and front diff shield. Helped fab and install siding. Lead seat mount redesign, fabrication, and installation. Fabricated various tabs.

This job entails several organizational, event planning, and management tasks. I help facilitate Zoom meetings and organize events to help raise money for the organization. Additionally, I run the social media platforms and reorganize and update the Rotary Club website.

Created repeatable processes for collecting and preparing bio samples to be analyzed in the lab.

This job entails collaboration with the Estimating, Engineering/Detailing BIM and Project Management Departments. I am assigned tasks and projects to assist with other employees.
