• Provides data entry into PowerSchool in a timely, comprehensive, and accurate manner• Maintains records and documents for students, school and district compliance needs• Data entry in order to stay in accordance with federal, state and local regulations. • Meets regularly with staff, students, and parents to maintain the quality of all student services• Assists SCT in collecting count information from school sites• Helps SCT Prepare Count Day data for MSDS submissions to Wayne RESA • Assists SCT in collecting Immunization Documentation from School sites• Enters Immunization records into MCIR for Immunization Report Submission • Assists SCT and SST in the preparation of documentation for site audits conducted by MDE, Grand Valley State University Charter School Office, Wayne RESA, etc.• Consults with Family Service Coordinators in the district each quarter/trimester re: compliance of paper student files• Assists SCT & SST with PowerSchool Training and Support• Assist SST with all required State, Federal, and Charter authorizer reporting requirements • Assist SST with related HR responsibilities, including but not limited to, payroll, staff attendance, creating and adding to the School’s On-call Substitutes List• Participates in on-going training that PowerSchool provides• Generates PowerSchool attendance reports weekly to monitor accuracy of tracking and excessive absences for Leadership Team• Assists SCT with UIC resolutions • Calls Parents of students with incomplete records• Assists SCT with Enrollment Management• Maintains records of staff attendance• Assists SST with entering payroll information and verifying its accuracy.

• Responsible for all aspects of project management that includes, but not limited to preparing and managing time action plans, preparing project specifications along with budget and timing requirements and establishing guidelines and processes.• Engage with clients through teleconferencing, business reviews, preparing and publishing project measurement reports. • Coordinate all client project specific requirements through internal print production, media services, creative, and systems groups to determine a complete project scope.• Prepare program documentation such as project description, flowcharts and protocols to insure quality control.• Interface with the sales department to provide updates, establish pricing for new projects, and perform account reviews to determine opportunities that will increase current client’s revenue through organic growth.• Work closely with account manager on overall staff supervision and assessment. • Provide monthly forecasts to CFO to identify upcoming revenue on assigned accounts.
