I had the vision to build, design, and implement the first Talent Marketing Team & Strategy to position Capital One as an Employer of Choice. I was responsible to build, cultivate and manage all external strategic Talent Acquisition partnerships and platforms to ensure we were leading in the TA space resulting in multiple speaking engagements an advisory board roles. I lead the team that was responsible for designing and implementing a company-wide Employee Referral Program for ~45k associates across four countries and that accounted for 40% of external hires.I had the opportunity to lead a cross functional team that created a Brand Ambassador training program for recruiters, empowering them to tell Capital One’s story to the external marketplace via social channels, networking events, conferences, etc.

Tasked with building and leading a team of 30 recruiters, recruiting coordinators, and contractors to recruit and deliver 700 hires.
