Insider—one platform for individualized, cross-channel experiences—enables enterprise marketers to connect customer data across channels and systems, predict their future behavior with an AI intent engine and individualize customer experiences. Marketers use Insider’s platform to deliver experiences across channels like Web, App, Web Push, Email, SMS, and Messaging Apps (WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, RCS).My responsibilities were:Cooperating with the management team in developing talent and implementing effective HR,Expanding pipelines for open positions and identifying qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)Taking full responsibility of Insider's Referral System,Conducting online and face to face interviews,Posting job ads to job boards and social media platforms,Screening candidate resumes and job applications,Coordinating end-to-end recruitment process activities (from CV screening to offer stage),Designing visuals for internal and external mailings, or postings,Conducting reference checks of the candidates,Taking part in retention activites by having check up meetings with the team members,Examining candidate satisfaction survey results and developing action plans in order to enrich the recruitment process,Establishing and maintaining relationships with universities within campus events,Reporting to Head of People & Culture on a weekly basis,Supporting Employer Branding Team by leading various projects.

İnekle is a non-profit platform where selected university students provide instant, online educational help to students. It has been featured extensively in media and is a leading example of social entrepreneurship in Turkey.I used to teach English to students with all levels at İnekle.
