I spent the first 15 years of my career in public education as a teacher, Assistant Principal, and Principal. In 2016, I transitioned into nonprofit leadership as Regional Partnerships Director for Playworks. Playworks provides safe, healthy and inclusive play to students decreasing bullying, aggression and exclusion and increasing positive culture, conflict resolution and social emotional learning skills. In this role I supported schools and youth organizations in Arizona, New Mexico and parts of Nevada. In 2021, I joined the amazing team at Edmentum, a company committed to being educators' most trusted partner in creating successful student outcomes everywhere learning occurs. Currently, I am privileged to support northern California as a Customer Success Manager.I have a passion for data analysis and decision making, project management, change and innovation, collaborative teams and overcoming barriers to make a lasting impact. Over the past 20 years I have learned how to envision the big picture while planning for the small details, modify my leadership style to build authentic collaboration and produce clear and persuasive messaging in both verbal and written form. As a continual learning I thrive on challenges and encourage creative thinking to overcome them.
