In addition to the standard responsibilities of the ITS solution manager, I had taken on more strategic and leadership responsibilities, such as working with other ITS streams to set IT strategy. Regularly present to the board of directors and C-suite about business stakeholders' dilemmas and provide insights on the impact of IT initiatives. Work closely with leader across other function to ensure IT initiatives are fully integrated into the wider business strategy.Some of the highlighted projects:- Introduced and managed secure live streaming service across 31 KPMG China offices: Led a collaborative effort between IT and external vendors to implement s secure live streaming within the firm, enabling the Chairman to conduct internal briefings for senior management across 31 offices. This initiative ensured effective communication and alignment at the highest levels of leadership, showcasing strong vendor management and cross functional skills.- Worked as the IT lead on a tax software project that was managed by an external vendor using agile methodology. My role involved representing the ITS function, ensuring that all technical requirements were met, such as setting up the necessary IT infrastructure, meeting security requirements, and configuring permission access. In addition to handling these technical aspects, I collaborated closely with the internal tax team, providing technical consultation and strategic guidance to stakeholders, particularly when evaluating go/no-go decisions proposed by the vendor. This project required a balance of vendor management, agile project management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful delivery while meeting both IT and business objectives.

I led a newly established Technology Communication team within ITS, consisting of a UX manager, trainers, copywriters, designers, and a webmaster. Our team’s core responsibility was to bridge the gap between technology and users by simplifying complex technical concepts and promoting technology adoption externally. We didn’t just focus on external users but placed a strong emphasis on internal education, fostering better communication and collaboration between teams. Through strategic communication, we reduced learning curves, improved user engagement, and streamlined processes, ultimately enhancing the overall user experience across the organization.

Main responsibility act an IT liaison between the business stakeholders and IT. Work with stakeholders to design customized IT solutions that address specific needs, improve workflow and enhance productivity. Lead end to end management IT projects, from initial requirements gathering through design, development, testing and deployment, ensuring on-time and on budget delivery.Some of the highlighted projects:- Led the successful launch of an internal video portal for the whole firm: Spearheaded a project that enabled cross-functional collaboration by allowing different teams to upload and share videos with internal users, fostering enhanced collaboration and engagement across the organization.- Partnering with the Tax stakeholders, SMEs and IT application development team. I led the development of a tailored software solution that significantly streamlined the production of tax deliverables for our clients. This system saved my colleagues over 40+ hours compared to traditional Excel methods and the software was valued at millions of dollars.

As a BA - I engaged with stakeholders/ SMEs to understanding their needs, analyzed business processes, and translated these into technical requirements for IT applications. I also liaised with the development team for UI designs and ensured the applications were user friendly as well as meeting the requirements.When I was a portal architect - this is a transitional role from Markets into IT dept. I was responsible to revamp the ITS internal site and their materials to be brand compliance.eMedia designer - This is a new sharing role between the design team and internet team within Markets. I supported the design manger for design/ publish the eNewsletter and eCampigns for the firm. I also supported the internet manager to revamp and maintain the internet and intranet sites.
