I am passionate about the clean energy transition, and being a part of the low-carbon energy future. Companies today are facing unprecedented changes to their operating models caused by the transition to carbon neutrality. In my current role, I am responsible for overseeing and delivering complex mandates while leveraging my experience and network to bring in new clients. I also serve on the Generative AI global go-to-market team for EY, and serve as an SME on various Energy engagements.At EY-Parthenon, we are uniquely positioned to assist our clients transform and grow. We do this by thinking through their biggest challenges, conducting in-depth and insightful research, and then not only co-creating a solution but helping them execute it efficiently. I hold a mechanical engineering degree from Western, and an MBA from London Business School with a specialization in Finance. This allows me to use my technical skillset to problem solve and build solutions from the ground up, while leveraging my financial knowledge to think about the capital structure of the company, and how best it might fund its future goals by modelling different scenarios. With 17 years of experience, I spent my first 12+ years as a leader in the energy industry working internationally in a variety of roles. I have significant operational turnaround expertise with success in navigating a business through multiple recessions, including a pre-packaged Chapter 11 filing and transformation. Additional leadership roles as a regional change coach and sales trainer allowed me to enhance my ability to motivate colleagues to believe and buy-in to the goals behind the transformation.
