Responsibilities:• Provide technical support for workstations, phones, and servers.• Assist users with application and operating system problems and resolve computing requirements in a timely manner.• Accurately log all client requests in the Service Desk ticketing system.• Diagnose and resolve client issues related to hardware, telephone, printers, software etc. including upgrades.• Be an active member of a supportive and customer service-oriented team.• Ensure that all issues logged are tagged, tracked, and resolved at the earliest opportunity to minimize downtime.• Other duties as assigned.

• Install, set up, repair devices and system components.• Highly skilled in Telecommunications, Network Troubleshooting, Cabling, Data Collection, Testing Equipment, Blueprints, Copper lines testing, Network testing, Troubleshooting technical issues.• Answering normal and after-hours service calls• Analyze and anticipate common connectivity workflow problems• Lay out cabling plans and run through buildings to desired locations• Read and interpret technical documentation to accurately configure equipment• Working closely with team members to deliver project requirements, develop solutions and meet deadlines• Juggle multiple projects and tasks to ensure high quality and timely delivery.• Run and Splice fiber optic drops, Cat5 and Cat6 lines, and Install O.N. T’s• Manage effectively servicing equipment with little to no supervision• Evaluate and diagnose equipment that require servicing• Skilled in making in-process and final quality inspections• Adhering to and enforcement of Health and Safety policies and procedures.• Reliable in working with GPON and XGS-GPON technologies.• Other crucial duties assigned including coordination and supervision of outside contractors as required.• Experienced in different optical line terminal with Alcatel 7342 and Huawei MA5800 designs.

• Operate and drive vehicles to varying customer location• Greet customers and discuss type, quality, and quantity of products or services required• Inspect, test, and repair cable signals and replace faulty cables, power supplies, digital boxes, modems amplifiers and associated equipment• Install, connect, disconnect, and relocate cable outlets, digital boxes, and modems• Evaluate the customers services and equipment to verify that they are working within the specifications• Work at heights and on ladders, as required• Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge• Ensure that customers are satisfied with the services and products• Attempt to calm irate customers by explaining the situation while attempting to resolve the issue to the best of your abilities• Participate in any required company training• Document and close all calls to provide a record of work completed• Meet the Key Performance indicators as outlined by Bell technical solutions.

Helped new students by exploring college services over the pandemic online. With a smart approach, made students and colleagues familiar with the program. Participated in group and individual meetings and provided virtual support to the peers and mentees. In addition, I also presented myself in all the events hold by GCSA (Georgian College Student Association) with my ideas and innovative guidance to my peers. Overall, it was a fantastic experience to be a part of Peer Mentor's Team of 2020-2021.
