Anar was a seed-funded b2b community app for SMBs in India. We were funded 6.2 million $ by elevation and Accel. I was hired by the ceo as the first PM right after fundraise. I managed a small team of 13 cut across engineering , design and data. (0 to 1 role)Few highlights : Ground up built the marketplace , Established the app metrics , Organised hackathons , Built features to increase engagement on the app by 4-5x ( feed algorithms , funnels etc ).
