I have leadership skills because I have experience as an operations supervisor and more than 2 years as a customer service representative. It makes it easier for me to design action plans and activities to improve the performance of apprentices and mine. Easily adaptable to changes, teamwork and proactivity. I accept the challenges, since I think that they test the human being in the constant changes. I like to study, I am self-taught by nature, I easily learn new products, I am sociable, tolerant, prudent, organized, responsible, I manage interpersonal relationships and discipline, since I consider that the aforementioned qualities are the basis for excellent performance in any activity.
