• Centralized task management for Enterprise Customer Success by building onboarding and retention workflows in Totango, customized for each of the 5 teams.
• Built an account health model in Totango that provides insight to Enterprise customer churn risks or upsell opportunity.
• Automated Jira ticket formatting for Salesforce user deprovisions, suspensions, and reinstates to be compliant with company data privacy policies. Reduced average ETC by 75%, to 5 minutes.
• Tracked 13 cross-functional Enterprise Sales projects to completion. Sent statuses to executive leadership and stakeholders via bi-weekly memos and quarterly newsletters.

• Wrote a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to handle candidate user deletion and access requests in compliance with CCPA.
• Evaluated 5 new US state privacy laws for gaps in current-state procedure: Colorado (2), Connecticut, Utah, Virginia.
• Identified 11 training competency topics and recommended Skillsoft courses in compliance with GDPR.
• Co-authored the Enterprise Risk Program process and policy documents. This program was created in compliance to SOX and SOC 2.
• Performed risk assessments for 4 business areas, in alignment with the Enterprise Risk Program process.

• Modified Jira ticket template to capture business case and types of users impacted for 150/monthly incoming Rev Ops tickets.
• Defined the strategy fit assessment and used it as the primary factor in the prioritization process. Declined 30% of incoming requests that were not aligned with the department's focus for the quarter.
• Stood up a formal project management process using PMBOK’s five phases. Onboarded 22 colleagues to the process in 1:1 sessions.
• Created a project charter template to record problem statement, impact, desired outcome (goals), outputs (deliverables), and RACI roles. Rolled out immediately to 30+ projects across the department.
• Wrote lesson plans for my team's 2-day on-site meeting to review: department strategy, stakeholder interviews, project management best practices, and task prioritization.
• Established a time logging practice for the department. This illuminated how much time team members spent on strategic and non-strategic work. 2 months after implementation, 68% of the department's time was spent on.
