About Karina Chavez

When I was 12 years old my family took a vacation to Las Vegas and I immediately remember falling in love with the lights, action and fun work culture! I began my career with Caesars Entertainment, on the Special Events and Promotions team after a highly competitive Marketing Internship. I hold a valuable perspective in facilitating talent solutions as a result of extensive knowledge in the Casino/Gaming Industry. I've had great opportunities to learn from top executives and hope to give a little part of that back in return.I am a data-driven bilingual HR professional. I have grown my skills in full-cycle recruiting, employee relations, HR policies/benefits, marketing and project management. I believe recruiting should be run like a marketing campaign for a product. A candidate's entire journey says a lot about the brand!In my free time you can find me playing co-ed softball and watching Shark Tank with my pup Zeus.
