Tool Box ManufacturerAssociate - Due to the slow turn in the economy, my position as Group Leader has been temporarily reverted to Associate. Set up, adjust as needed and maintain ongoing performance of the assembly line I was assigned to where I produced a quality product on time. Consistently met production schedules.

Supervised and instructed other associates in the duties that were needed to be completer each day to meet the needs of the production line.Set up the equipment the was needed for that day.Utilized problem solving techniques to make sure that production has no set backs.
