Technology Mergers and Acquisitions lead for the Dentsu Aegis Network's Americas region. Markets of focus are US, Canada, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Colombia and Brazil. Accountable for all Technology (IT and Product) related activities throughout the M&A Lifecycle including Pre-LOI, Due Diligence, integration planning and budgeting and operational handoff.As part of my role I work closely with our Americas CTO, business M&A Teams, leadership from within our network of brands and all Enterprise Technology leadership while providing Technology input into the Regional M&A strategy, deal pipeline and integration activities.
