About Karolina Campbell
I am a huge people-person and spent several years in law. I hope to leverage my curious and analytical mind into a new opportunity in the social sciences field where I can help people manage stressful situations and advocate for their rights and needs. As a Consulting Attorney with 6+ years experience specializing in e-discovery investigations of Fortune 500 companies in various sectors, I assist clients using a “big picture” approach. My personal mission is to combine my two passions: law and psychology through alternative means of resolving disputes to meet mutual interests. I’m also bilingual in English and Polish and enjoy acting as a liaison in that capacity. My initial interest and competence in the role of a trusted liaison came about by being asked to assume the role by family and friends in the Polish community in cases of legal disputes and medical matters. These stressful situations are amplified by a lack of understanding the terminology and process. I exhibit the empathy, trust and knowledge to guide the parties and offer strength and confidence to mitigate their uneasiness. There is nothing greater than exploring my curiosity about this field which is so instrumental in gaining more awareness about oneself and surrounding environment. When I’m not working or volunteering on pro bono cases, I’m usually spending time with friends and family and exploring new cultures, whether through food or surroundings. I am very much an analytical person and love organizing and coordinating, like to cook, watch movies, and travel whenever I can. I’m open to learning about new opportunities in the New York City area and am happy to send my resume.
