This role allowed me to exhibit organizational skills with an ability to work independently and collaboratively as I was the sole representative of my division in the Milan office. I worked on an analytical cross-border research study of business legislation as well as generated awareness about mediation legislation. I also assisted in providing logistical and on-the-ground support for internal and external events including conferences, as well as wrote, edited, and drafted presentations, brochures, monthly articles, and reports. This position also involved building productive relationships with all European Union member states while maintaining a high level of professionalism, empathy, and business acumen which developed my interpersonal skills, empathy and ability to understand needs. Further, I attended arbitrations, interacted with the parties, and strategized with the arbitrators during debriefing
