My previous experience in the aviation industry, particularly in my role as a Security Agent at Air India Express, has refined my problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to work efficiently under pressure—skills that are critical for managing and optimizing business processes.In my role at Air India Express, I was responsible for ensuring seamless flight operations by adhering to safety and security protocols, coordinating with teams to manage time-sensitive tasks, and resolving issues quickly to maintain service excellence.
