• Recruiting, Sourcing and Screening the Talent through various active sources like posting, Social networking and Internet Research.• Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualification• Managing entire recruitment cycle• Ensuring smooth on boarding of selected candidates• Successfully Provided the End to End Recruitment From approaching the right Candidate to final Placement• Very strong in managing the database and work experience in fulltime and contract positions

• Coordinate with Account managers to identify staffing needs • Determine selection criteria Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. Indeed,Dice, TechfetchUSA, Linkedin, Jobdiva, Carieer Builder) • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews. • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System • Design job description and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements. • Lead employer branding initiatives • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events. • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
