- 10+ years of experience with Mainframe and Microfocus applications across Banking, Financial and Insurance sector clients- Was the Microfocus SME in the legacy modernisation program for one of the Pensions customer, where the Mainframe platform was migrated to the target Microfocus platform on RHEL 7- Knowledge and hands-on experience with installation and configuration of Microfocus Enterprise Developer (DevHub) and Enterprise Server software- Have done end-to-end setup of Microfocus Environment on the target platform- Hands-on experience with the migration of Mainframe RACF to Active Directory as part of the Security setup- Good knowledge on the Middleware and the working on MQ for various interfacing applications. Have setup MQ queues, listeners, channels etc for different interfacing applications at the Pensions customer- Experience with creation and configuration of CICS and Batch Enterprise Server regions including setting up JES, CICS, Postgres ODBC driver connections and XA Resources- Have contributed to the Design and Architecture of the target Microfocus platform- Played various roles in Development, Maintenance and Support projects on Mainframe and Microfocus platform- Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills- Have contributed Performance and Fine Tuning of SEPs on Microfocus- Joined Micro Focus in October 2021 and helping customers migrate the Mainframe workload to Micro Focus on Cloud
