 Defining test strategies for projects based on requirements. Coordinating the work of test teams and monitoring their performance. Document Analysis and testing techniques implementation. Defect analysis and tracking. Creating process flows, training presentations and guidelines for the team. Managing the gathering of results and compiling test metrics for management. Reporting to managers and internal clients on progress and issues. Identify test approaches that optimize the delivery schedule. Design and generate reports using reporting services and BIDS for clientpurposes. Perform QC checks on various adhoc transmission to clients Managed tasks associated with testing by coordinating with end-users andcoordinated user acceptance testingOrganizational Initiative: CAPA Reporting SystemRole: Design and DevelopmentCAPA Reporting System (Corrective and Preventive Action) is created as an initiative in order to reduce the quality errors that occur inside the team. The system creates various trend analysis over the data and visualizes it in form of charts. An email will be triggered for each team member once an error has been recorded in the system. The team member needs to provide a resolution and the root cause of why the error has occurred. Developed the QMR Process toolRole: Project Manager (Design and Testing)The QMR Process tool is an overall tool that is created for performing the Quality Management Reviews. Admin can assign study and team member complexity into the system which allows the user to perform QMR reviews based on the complexity. The tool can also produce set of SQL queries that can be used by a CS to perform QMR database testing. Web reports can be generated for various criteria’s using the tool.
