Worked on the CDM(Cloud Data Management) team focussing on host based and NAS based data management.- Tech lead and core developer of NAS Direct Archive that helps archive data to the cloud with constant space requirement on Rubrik cluster for moving petabyte-scale data. Two issued patents.- Tech lead for the Large file sharding to improve the scalability of multi terabyte files. Originated the idea and implemented the idea as a single-person hackathon which was selected as Top 3 Hackathon projects. Lead the project to be integrated into the Rubrik product. One issued patent.- Tech lead and developer of optimized hard link support for data management in filesystem and NAS. Patent pending.- Tech lead for Test point framework which is used to inject errors and failures in the End-to-End tests on a production-like environment. Originated the idea, implemented it as a single-person hackathon project, and integrated the project into Rubrik product. This has been instrumental in improving the product by helping test them in multiple failure scenarios that could happen in production.- Re-architected the filesystem & NAS to a newer stack to support de-duplication, improve performance and stability.- Implemented performance and memory optimization with batching and write back stacks for remote backup agents to handle file systems with hundreds of millions of files.

One issued Patent.- Designed and implemented Software encryption in Tintri file system to remove the dependency on SEDs and get FIPS compliance- Developed a FIPS compliant encryption library over OpenSSL and lead Tintri’s FIPS certification efforts.- Worked on Write pipeline enhancements and performance optimizations. - Worked on RPC layer optimizations to improve overall throughput and number of concurrent connections.- Mentored two summer interns and helped them prototype features.- Developed a NVRAM perf utility and worked on a few NVRAM enhancements.

Responsible for migrating the data of about 30 million rows to a new schema. Tools like JProfiler and Silk Performer were used to measure the performance and tune the code.- Worked on Rewards framework which encourages user to add content to increase interactions with rewards for those actions. Worked on aggregating values from different datasources to a single datasource for faster response and page load times.
