I hire, train, and manage a team of Strategic Accounts Representatives to drive surgical supplies and equipment acquisitions through a relationship-based approach. Together, we work on expanding our current accounts by recapturing past partners and attaining new prospects throughout the 19 states of our Central territory. I play a fundamental role in achieving production targets and determining appropriate offers for all the inbound requests we receive. Additionally, I personally work with several accounts for product acquisitions on a larger scale. My responsibilities also include: weekly meetings and training with my team, monitoring industry trends, product recalls, backorders, as well as managerial and other market-driven duties.
