I am responsible for managing CV-Library's largest clients; the Top 500 Recruitment Agencies in the UK based on their annual turnover.My role incorporates the initial sell to new clients including sourcing and developing new business opportunities and completing the final sign up. Thereafter I am responsible for the growth, up-sell and renewal of these accounts. Working within the new business sales team to source and develop new business opportunities, my role involved all elements of the sales process including cold calling new prospects, selling the service to decision makers, arranging and managing a trial of the service for the business and completing the final sign up. Working to meet and exceed monthly targets I was awarded with the 'Outstanding Achiever' award for my sales performance in my first year.
