During my time at QinetiQ, I have had the opportunity to independently manage projects and bids over £1M whilst gaining skills in forecasting and budgeting, resourcing, change management and control, and technical documentation drafting. Throughout my time here, I have managed a variety of teams of both hybrid and remote workers, and have had experience reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

In this role, I managed a team of individuals and provided training and guidance for their roles. This position enabled me to liaise with colleagues in multiple areas of the business daily to ensure a smooth, efficient and high quality service was provided for customers. I was also responsible for the heath and safety of customers and colleagues, ordering and stock management which involved sales prediction and cash flow assessment, as well as the organisation and delegation of team members. This position helped to solidify my management and leadership skills and enabled me to gain a deeper understanding of the administration required in management.

In this position, I was responsible for leading a team off site and providing time specific and high quality services to clients. This involved being highly organised and having excellent time-management skills to ensure all tasks were completed within the elected time frame. On a daily basis I often had to quickly assess the abilities and strengths of my team members and delegate rolls accordingly, as well as risk assess all tasks. I was also tasked with administration duties in the office including planning, ordering and stock management. This was in addition to liaising with clients and performing vital administration tasks.
