The Information Warehouse is the corporate document storage centre the primary role of which is to digitise and catalogue information to make it available across the company while keeping copyright requirements in mind. My role involves managing my team; managing the collection; providing advice on document management to my team and to the wider company; developing and amending local processes and procedures to increase output as well as ensuring the provision of a high quality service to customers. Developing and promoting library services has always been an important and challenging part of my role.
