Katalyst coaching offers an opportunity for you to get to know who you are through interaction with horses, and guidence from the coach. Naturally, horses are a lighthearted form of honesty, giving you instant feedback on how you are currently showing up in the world & will inspire you to lead and communicate more effectively. Specializing in teens and young adults, the coach will facilitate ground exercises, where you will work and interact with the horse(s) and through your interpretation of this relationship you establish with the horse and coach, you will begin to develop confidence, stronger leadership and communication skills, as well as get to know yourself from the inside out.
