As a Case Preparer with the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service, I contribute to the prosecution of criminal cases in Scotland, working with a team of solicitors and advocates. I have enhanced my written and oral communication skills, negotiation skills, and legal research skills through preparing reports and evidence for court proceedings.Having recently graduated from the Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Glasgow, I look forward to starting the Traineeship with COPFS in 2025. In the meantime, I am proactively seeking opportunities to develop both my personal and professional skills.
