Executive Operations Manager
Reporting to the President and Chancellor, I worked side by side with university leaders ranging from Academics and Administration to Admissions and Marketing. Working across each of these functional areas, I was able to encourage synergistic execution of business strategy while ensuring that each department had easily articulated contributions to the overall success of the organization, encouraging employee buy-in. Throughout my seven-year tenure, I touched every end of the business. Some of my key responsibilities and accomplishments include:▪ Successful planning and execution of events and meetings for 2,500+ attendees▪ Leading the University’s accreditation efforts, successfully gaining and renewing accreditation from the HLC, ABET, CAEL, and TEAC ▪ Provide HR Support to the Admissions leadership team to aid with the management of a 500+ employee workforce▪ Analyze business results and report performance trends▪ Develop presentations for audiences ranging from front-line staff to the executive level▪ Overtime, travel, and expense budget management for multiple departments▪ Project management, including scope definition, capacity planning, budget adherence, and delivery dates.
