I am responsible for developing and maintaining the marketing plan to drive new business and client upsells for Guestline across the UK, Ireland and APAC. I deliver marketing activities and campaigns to boost awareness and uptake of our software solutions and services to the hospitality industry. Guestline is a market leader in the supply and development of cloud-hosted property management, distribution and digital marketing software to hotel groups, independent hotels, serviced apartments and pub companies with a customer base of over 2500 worldwide.Working closely with our sales team, partners and clients, I develop campaigns to promote Guestline and our range of solutions through a variety of platforms including events, internal/external communications, campaigns, PR, advertising, sales enablement, content and digital marketing. Responsible for the organisation of several national and regional events, I also contribute towards our digital platforms including the company website, blog and social media. I work closely with our PR agency to ensure a strong and consistent message is delivered to our target market and produce a range of content and communications to drive awareness of new innovations, market trends and product initiatives to all audiences.I ensure all our activity adheres to our brand guidelines to deliver a strong and consistent brand identity across all platforms and review and report on all marketing activity and results to ensure they meet objectives and fall within budget.
