During these covid times I have joined Feature Medical starting as a data processor to enable the processing of the film studios cast & crew PCR tests.After identifying a viable improvement in their data flow and systems I then worked to build and implement quicker, automated cross departmental reporting functions to assist the laboratories, the processing team and ultimately the productions. This lead to a promotion into the team that handle production queries and subsequently onto managing a team of approx 40 people all homeworking.Key Responsibiltites include:- A swift and accurate response to productions queries over test results- Monitoring and resolve of any systematical glitches of the workflow from laboratory machines through to the CRM system.- Rotas & scheduling of the team- Training and onboarding of new starters- Point of escalation for our queries teamThe team process circa 3000 tests a day under tight time SLA's to the client
