Key Responsibilities • Perform advanced, confidential secretarial and administrative duties requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill and knowledge of the organisations policies and practices• Complex day-to-day prioritisation and management of Vice Presidents Outlook calendar• Face of the company – Meet and greet clients• Ability to screen phone calls and visitors and resolve routine and complex enquiries as needed• Prepare/compose highly confidential correspondence• Prepare and distribute minutes of meetings • Management of domestic and international travel (including Visas)• Coordination of logistics relative to the Vice President’s speaking engagements, industry/trade events, or user conferences • Event Planning• Office Maintenance• Invoice/Expense: Collate claims from staff; send to CCS (Outsourced Accounting) for reimbursement • Point of contact for Invoice and staff Expense Claims
