I am currently leveraging these skills as a Management Support Office Graduate Intern to the Pro Vice Chancellor of Engagement at Lancaster University, where I support strategic initiatives and stakeholder engagement.My professional background includes roles as a Lifeguard, Ride Operator, and Exam Invigilator, each contributing to my strong communication, teamwork, and decision-making skills. These experiences have honed my ability to perform under pressure, maintain situational awareness, and resolve conflicts, ensuring a high level of professionalism and organisational efficiency.Volunteering has been a significant part of my personal and professional development. My work with URPotential and ICG Graphic Design allowed me to develop creative and technological skills while fostering a keen sense of adaptability and social responsibility. I have also actively participated in organising and managing events for International Women’s Day and Blackpool Pride, which enhanced my event coordination abilities and deepened my commitment to inclusivity and community outreach.During my time at the University of St Andrews, I served as the Events Coordinator for the Netball Club, where I successfully organised large-scale events, demonstrating my leadership, budget management, and negotiation skills.
