Assist the President and Dean with college operations, including regulatory itemsAct as the Data Coordinator and Assurance Argument System Coordinator for the college in all matters related to accreditation with the Higher Learning Commission (HLC) Co-Author of the 2018 Assurance Argument for Accreditation (HLC), including the collection and review of over 300 evidentiary documents to accompany the argument Manage Annual Reports for HLC, Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing, and the Colorado State Board of Nursing, including data collection, entering of all data to portal systems and filing completed reports and backup documentsCollege Keyholder for IPEDS, collecting and managing eight annual reporting tasks related to student population, human resources, and college outcomesOrganize additional accreditation reports including exhibit organization, proofing, formatting, etc.Maintain, update and ensure publication of college catalogs and handbooks (employee/student) Record and manage meeting minutes for staff, directors, and board meetings Planning company events and meetings for up to 80 people. Logistics include venue, menu, and preparing event materials, meeting set-up and tear downTravel arrangements for faculty, staff, and visitors (foreign and domestic)Complete expense reports Maintain confidentiality of all business records and information Maintain accreditation libraryAccomplishments: Organized, managed, and maintained materials for over fifteen successful accreditation visits for the college (HLC, ACEN, ACCSC). Assisted a sister college in Salt Lake City in preparation for a successful accreditation visit with ACEN. Improved and maintain the college’s Compliance Library, including developing a system to log all communications with accrediting and state agencies. Timely filing of annual reports. Project Manager for compliance tasks related annual Jeanne Clery Safety Report, IPEDS, and the annual fire drill.
