- Interact with clients via phone calls and emails to provide updates on court cases, answer questions, follow up on intake forms, and offer resources for veterans inquiring about non-program related issues.
- Update client’s files in the case management system by uploading emails and documents, entering summaries of phone call interactions, creating tasks to ensure court deadlines are met and the intake process is.
- Inputs data into the case management system from completed client surveys and runs weekly interaction reports for supervisors.
- Prepares and mails informational packets for inquiring veterans and newly docketed pro se appellants.
