• Provide all communications within the command relating to Workforce Management and HR• Accountable for training and mentoring staff in the day to day management of rostering, including SAP, Kronos and HR Policies• Maintain Kronos Rostering System to ensure shifts, shift penalties, higher duty allowances, leave and overtime are accurately accounted for• Complete fortnightly upload from Kronos Scheduling System to SAP Payroll System to ensure all employees are paid accurately and on time

• Managed the efficiencies, targets and employees within the ANZ Wealth Contact Centre, both Domestic and International - Gosford, Wollongong, Sydney and Philippines• Planning and forecasting staffing requirements and producing rosters six weeks in advance for approximately 500 employees
