My duties as a Recruitment Officer have included but aren't limited to:- Advertising vacancies- Shortlisting written applications- Organising and participating in further selection processes (interviews, work tests, role play etc.)- Notifying successful and unsuccessful candidates of process outcome- Coordinating pre-employment verification- Processing letters of appointment and administration associated with appointment- Data entry into HR Information System (chris21)- Facilitating first day induction- Addressing queries relating to our eRecruit system- Introducing process improvement initiatives- Training/educating new and existing staff on procedural matters- Interpreting the Certified Agreement and various policies

- Prepare CoGC appointment and transfer documentation and correspondence- Maintain employee and establishment data within the HR Information System- Interpret and apply the CoGC Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA), People and Culture policies and statutory labour instruments- Update relevant branch registers related to recruitment and appointment transactions- Assist other team members with administrative and transactional volume overflow- Archiving of documents- Process new starter documentation- All general administrative HR functions

- Schedule training identified against the WHS Skills Matrix in accordance with priorities set by responsibility center managers.- Maintain training records and manage the data integrity of CHRIS 21 as the single point of truth for training records.- Provide logistic and administrative training support to Council.- Provide WHS training advice to Council and manage phone and email enquiries.- Contribute to branch procedures and identify opportunities for improvement to internal business processes.- Raise requisitions and receipt purchase orders for any goods and services delivered.- Undertake other duties as directed by the Senior Capability Officer.

-Coordinated and managed my own patient load-Recorded patient health status and updated the same to relevant doctor-Observed, collected and reviewed data for assigned patients-Maintained confidential information of patient and hospital.-Responsible for reporting any problems to supervisor or charge nurse.-Collaborated with registered nurse to clarify new observations, incomplete data, abnormal or unusual patient responses.-Observed and assisted with admissions, transfer and discharge of patients.-Developed the ability to stay focused and perform my duties efficiently in emergency and high pressure situations-Professionally answered phones and assisted when needed in the administration section of the Hospital-Greet people entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations
