- Prepare routine reports for Senators and staff using Excel Spreadsheets and data from the Florida Legislature’s MyHR system and reviews data to ensure information is complete and accurate.
- Create, update and maintain the Senate's organizational charts weekly using Microsoft Visio. Modifications are to reflect structural changes in the Senator’s district offices and Tallahassee-based offices.
- Oversee the Senate’s Service Recognition Program which highlights and recognizes staff’s achieved milestones with the Senate.
- Assist the Director in conducting and coordinating daily activities including administrative functions, reports, research and special project preparation.
- Maintain and update the Senate Administration Intranet using SharePoint.
