Heading up the HR Business Partnering team at Lloyd's, I worked closely with the business to develop and implement its HR Strategy and oversee the operational HR and Recruitment functions. I was also Chair of the Lloyd's Diversity Steering Group, working both with the Corporation and the Market to drive the talent and diversity agenda.
