- Created an online resource of more than 500 books written by 90% POC authors - the inverse of POC representation as elected officials. Readers can browse the list, buy a blind book, or subscribe to receive two books per month based on their interests and current events. - BoldBooks.org launched in October 2019 with 11 categories: accessibility justice, body and sex liberation, earth justice, economic justice, global justice, immigration justice, intersectional feminism, LGBTQ+ justice, organizing, racial justice, and novels.

- Created the MoveOn Way of Mobilizations, an actionable workbook to guide how MoveOn internally operates to mobilize its 5M+ members in rapid-response, national mobilizations. The final product defines 18 roles, standardizes quantitative and qualitative report-backs, and includes 20+ additional resources and templates, and is the result of dozens of cross-team consultations.- Served as project manager to develop and improve distributed action technology, remotely managing a team of tech colleagues.- Strategized and implemented health assessment and maintenance of two rapid-response action networks, serving 2K+ volunteer hosts, facilitating their successful launch with multiple press hits in national media outlets.- Supported progressive foreign policy campaigns by building target lists, consulting with partners, providing feedback on messaging, and drafting written and visual collateral for SMS, email and social platforms.

- Built the most diverse volunteer roster and affiliate staff of any Peace Action affiliate in the country.Developed and implemented 360 degree performance assessment model.- Remotely managed and facilitated the 300% growth of community and student chapter networks, while creating models for sustainable growth. - Curated new partnerships domestically and internationally, including partnerships with leading Yemeni community organizers, Japanese hibakusha, elected officials, and United Nations representatives.

- Remotely managed staff in South Africa, Uganda and the South Bronx to deliver innovative arts education curriculum to at-risk youth.- Responsible for all administrative functions of the organization, including: payroll, website design and maintenance, social media presence, acquiring in-kind donations from board members, scheduling board and staff meetings, and fundraiser event management.

- Spearheaded gender mainstreaming in the community mobilization team.- Facilitated stakeholder meetings with elected officials, former peace agreement negotiators, formerly abducted persons and other key groups to gather and verify information for a community narrative.- Designed and facilitated a gender-sensitive leadership training for 100+ secondary students.- Authored and conducted field research for a policy brief and research paper on the rights of families of persons missing as a result of conflict.

- Scheduled and updated materials for D.C. coalition lobby meetings with legislative staff and administrative oversight officials. D.C. coalition members included unions, citizens advocacy groups, and more.- Copy-edited the book The Rise and Fall of Fast Track Trade Authority by Lori Wallach.- Developed anti-TPP field materials, including the Expose the TPP website.

- Researched and developed database of 250+ justices in international tribunals and dispute resolution mechanisms.- Ideated and co-developed the first annual 'Deis Impact Festival of Social Justice, a now annual event at Brandeis University. Keynote speakers have included: Ruth Messinger (AJWS), Kweku Mandela-Amuah and Ndaba Mandela, and Dr. Angela Davis.- Successfully organized for the first annual, public debates for Student Union president and vice president.- Managed a team of 12 student volunteers in a campaign to change food vendors on campus, with 30% campus participation.

- Conducted primary research to identify sentencing trends of war crimes and crimes of genocide at the War Crimes Chamber.- Provided evidence analysis and research to assist the Prosecution in a complex Srebrenica genocide case.

Tucson, Arizona Area

I developed and coordinated a field strategy for Tucson around global health and federal FY2012 with the Regional Field Director for ONE. The strategy principally involved me cold calling, emailing and holding meetings with international development and politics professionals, students, and interested community leaders. With a team assembled, I trained them to lead phone banks, letter-writing campaigns, and we conducted issue-based advocacy trainings. In the end, I recruited 34 members to the ONE Campaign, including two campus leaders at the University of Arizona. The chapter is still going strong, and the individual I first recruited as a campus leader grew into an advocate for the ONE campaign across Arizona.

The goal of the program is to integrate Ethics Center programming and goals more explicitly within the Brandeis student community. As part of the inaugural team, I developed, chaired and publicized events related to international justice and human rights, blogged weekly on topics related to international justice and human rights, maintained a database of the working judges of international tribunals and strengthened ties between the Center and Brandeis undergraduates by establishing an international law student group of 20 members. I also oversaw the editing and collaborative writing process of a weekly op-ed in the student paper on topics that spanned across the Center's operational areas.

I developed partnerships with dozens of NGOs and developed and chaired events that brought these groups to Portland State campus. These groups included: the Liberian Literacy Fund, ONE Campaign, Oregonians Against the Trafficking of Humans, Portland Police Department, Bread for the World, MICAH Challenge, These Numbers Have Faces, World Affairs Council of Oregon, Jubilee Oregon, and the Portland Area Global AIDS Coalition, among others.

I wrote and won an award from UNDP for this event, and worked with Jubilee to bring together a myriad of like-minded organizations to work together on it. I led our collaborative meetings and generated partnerships between Jubilee USA, Model United Nations at Portland State, Bread for the World, Jubilee Oregon, World Affairs Council of Oregon, Mercy Corps, Portland Area Global AIDS Coalition, MICAH Challenge,These Numbers Have Faces, and others. With their backing, I still took the lead on directing the event's logistics, including: budget, musical performances, community involvement, food donations, communications, media outreach and day-of logistical concerns. I even appeared on a local radio program!The event mobilized over 150 individuals to attend the event, 120 persons signed up for continued action with these organizations, and we and received over $250 in donations. The event was recognized as the third-best campus-led Stand Up event in the nation by the ONE Campaign.
