As Pathways Manager at Maribyrnong Sports Academy, I oversee the admissions process for entry into the specialist sports academy that operates within Maribyrnong Secondary College (Year 7-12). I am responsible for managing the select-entry application process, coordinating selection trials, working as part of the selection committee and making scholarship offers to aspiring young athletes. In addition, I provide course counselling and college guidance support to student-athletes who are pursuing a US College pathway and have an in-depth understanding of the NCAA eligibility requirements and processes for international students.It is a privilege to work in a passionate team at MSA who are dedicated to helping adolescent athletes achieve success in sport, academically and in life.

As Sports Consultant for Vicsport I was responsible for overseeing a range of sports management projects however my primary role was managing the Good Governance Program. The program, supported by Sport and Recreation Victoria, provided expert advice and support to over 30 State Sporting Associations to improve governance practices through board evaluation, training and resources. I presented sports governance research at international conferences, contributed to a number of advisory groups and co-authored the Vicsport Good Governance Tool Kit.I then took on a role as support contact for the VicHealth State and Regional Sport Program. The Healthy Choices program aimed to support State Sporting Associations to make "the healthy choice the easy choices in community sport". Through the development of appropriate policies and guidelines, strong leadership, the delivery of education as well as positive environmental changes the project aimed to influence behaviours and create a culture of healthy sporting environments through good nutrition.

Delivered the HSE (Nutrition) Project to eleven regional sporting clubs together with the team from Sports Focus. We completed a variety of research which informed recommendations and education to influence cultural and behavioural changes to improve the availability and consumption of healthier food and drink options in sporting club canteens.
