I reorganized the department, hired four new staff for a total of fourteen, and raised $168 million. Irrevocable gift assets under management grew from $29 million to $58 million. Launched a recognition society, The Legacy Club, for bequest donors. By 7/95 membership totaled 5,000. Created outreach program for real estate gift program (trade lands) resulting in four published articles and 27 speaking engagements. Founded three-year, 26-member National Real Estate Advisory Board (NREAB), consisting of leaders in the real estate industry.
