After completing graduate work at the University of Akron, I interned at Cleveland State University and subsequently joined the staff of the CSU Counseling Center. In addition to counseling students in a variety of psychological and life management issues, I've led groups on assertiveness training, women and work and maximizing career potential for women, sexuality and gender differences and supervised the Center’s internship program. I joined PRADCO in 1987 and am currently a senior professional and project director. While continuing to work in talent selection for a variety of for-profit and not-for-profit organizations, I also train clients in the use of PRADCO’s evaluation and coaching materials and offer individual coaching and group sessions on Leadership and Emotional Intelligence.
