My Highlights: Created and implemented NYC's first behaviorally-anchored performance management system for 35 branch managers which were adopted in all NY regions. Certified in and Facilitated Zenger Miller, DDI, and Kepner-Tregoe workshops.

Responsible for beta site launching of all Hilton corporate training initiatives (leadership, service, sales, etc.). for 1800 employees at Hilton's flagship property. Designed and implemented Hilton's first employee engagement and quality assurance program. Managed 3 direct reports and 20 departmental trainers.

Responsible for designing and conducting all Initial and Recurrent Emergency Evacuation and Procedures training for all flight attendant crew as well as Customer Service Training for the first upstart airline to emerge from deregulation. Liaison with FAA. Manager of 25 staff and 4 trainers.
