I served as a liaison between 16 county Farm Bureau organizations and state Farm Bureau organization. I mobilized county Farm Bureau volunteer leaders to participate in the grassroots advocacy process and leadership development opportunities. I regularly updated members on local, state, and national issues pertinent to rural communities and agriculture. In addition to my work with counties, I researched and curated comments that emphasized the economic and political needs of our members at a state and national level. I also served as program coordinator of the Women’s Leadership Program.
