As the Associate Digital Marketing Manager at Ergodyne, I play a critical role in shaping and driving our digital strategy, ensuring that our online presence aligns with our overall business objectives. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, I work closely with the entire marketing team, external partners, and cross-functional teams to enhance our digital.

Working closely with the Product Management and Marketing Teams to set process, realistic deadlines, clear roadblocks, and monitor workloads as well as project objectives to ensure that they all stay on track. The role requires strong communication skills and project management experience to focus on supporting the robust marketing pipeline/workflows..

Responsible for the execution of digital tasks like building and sending emails, executing email programs, performing keyword and competitive research to optimize website content, building landing pages and web forms for marketing campaigns, organizing and scheduling product launches and scrubbing lead data.Works closely with the Creative Team.

• Manage tasks and projects according to the marketing calendar and campaigns using the project management tool, Wrike.
• Review marketing requests to set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitors activities, and summarizes progress of each project.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Management Teams to ensure requirements and direction are clear, communicate issues or delays and gather input/feedback.
• Anticipate and navigate risks of tasks/projects and elevates challenges when necessary.
• Stay current on new technologies and enhancements to keep project management software optimized and organized for the entire team.
• Email – Build, test, segment and execute day-to-day email campaigns, marketing forms, landing pages and automation programs using CRM, MailChimp, Dotdigital.
