As a crisis counselor and manager, I have assisted hundreds of people in crisis, using strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain rapport, and coordinating with law enforcement in active situations involving domestic abuse, self-harm, suicide, homicide and child abuse. I am currently head of the crisis training department and frequently write protocols and procedures for crisis situations. I have received multiple commendations from my supervisors for my dedication, compassion, and professionalism. In addition, I have over three years of experience as a supervisor and have honed my skills in leading teams through high-pressure situations, ensuring swift and effective responses to client needs.I have also gained valuable experience in the corporate atmosphere, working in accounting for seven years, and performing tasks such as data entry, office administration, and client relationship management. I am currently pursuing my Master of Arts in Sociology at California State University, Fullerton, with the goal of advancing my knowledge and skills in the field of social research and analysis. In terms of academia, I have excelled in my studies, receiving awards for exceptional academic achievement.
