After years of being in pain, dealing with depression, and being unsuccessful in my attempts to improve my physical health, I found tools that have helped me to claim life to the full. I am passionate about helping others to transform their lives by addressing their physical and mental health challenges and shifting mindsets that are holding them back!I hold a Bachelors degree in Education and a Masters in Counseling and I use the knowledge I gained in those fields to help people claim the life that they want through individual coaching.
